Reiki Master

Reiki is a Japanese system of stress reduction and relaxation that promotes healing on all levels. The Usui system of Reiki was developed by Mikao Usui, a Japanese monk, in the early 1900’s. I am trained in Usui/Holy Fire® Reiki, a version of Reiki developed by William Rand of the International Center for Reiki Training, which can assist you in relaxation, stress reduction and healing.

All of my sessions are conducted live on Zoom, FaceTime or by phone. Because Reiki sessions do not require physical touch, remote sessions have been found to be at least as effective as sessions using physical touch. Read on to learn more about the Reiki sessions I offer.

Is your pet having behavioral issues? Recovering from illness? Or having difficulty coping with a change or transition? Maybe you have a rescue that needs a little support. Animal Reiki sessions can help your pet re-connect with the vitality that is their birthright.

Sessions are conducted remotely, so no need to transport or stress your pet further. Animal Reiki sessions can be combined with human Reiki sessions, so you can both receive at the same time.

Reiki Mentoring sessions are for those who have previously taken Reiki training (any style or level). Sessions are tailored to the needs of the individual and can include the following areas of support- business creation, teaching, client management, marketing, professional development, personal practice, and general guidance. Sessions are conducted remotely by phone or Zoom.
